Address Corrections:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:

Deliveries to Hospitals:
Hospital Deliveries: Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, or a gift arriving after a patient has been checked out.
Ground Shipping/Delivery Times:
We ship our products either by Fedex Ground or UPS to anywhere in the coastal United States. $12.95 will be added on to your order for ground shipping charges. The appropriate shipping charges will be added on to all orders in which shipping times need to be upgraded. Orders usually ship within 24 - 48 hours . If items need to be personalized items will generally ship 48 -72 hours upon receipt of your order not including weekends.
Returns-Damages-Shortages on Alex Furniture: Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods and authorization obtained before returning merchandise. Shortages will be verified, claims initiated, and merchandise replaced.
